I tried to get in touch with Baymont for five days straight with a promise from them daily that I would get a call back, to which I never did. There was no direct way to get in touch with them. You have so call and they relay message to hotel, to which you never get a response. I will never book with this hotel again because if I have issues there won't be a way to get them resolved.
