Keeping in mind that this is a motel, I still found this place lacking. Upon arrival the young man (no name on his name tag) asked for my name repeatedly even though he repeated it back to me each time. He couldn't give me any check in information because he computer was not working. I then went to retrieve my luggage noticed that the security door that “could only be accessed using a key card” opened by just pulling the handle (that magnetic key card must be very powerful since it was in my back pocket). The shower is in serious need of attention (leaking shower handle and head) and the body wash pump bottle was empty (glad my wife had brought a bar of soap). The breakfast area should have just been shut down (and the board of health probably would do so). The orange juice was watered down. The apple juice was only water. There is a container of sugar packets that could probably hold 1000 packets that had 8 and a lot of dirty residue on the inside of the container. The waffle station didn't have any spray release so the waffles stuck to the iron (obviously been that way for a while because when I finally got my waffle off the iron it was covered with burnt crumbs from previous waffles). The was no butter, just syrup. And when I took a bite of my only good piece of waffle there was a distinct sour flavor which indicates the mix was spoiled. The only redeeming quality of this location is the bed was comfortable and the coffee is decent. Walls are in need of attention, floor needs transitions between carpet and tile, light bulbs need replaced and what's with putting air conditioners at 7 feet. I'm 6 feet tall and I had to stretch to turn it on. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Won't be back. Expected a lot more from Wyndham. If your going to be associated with this type of establishment, I would think you would hold them to a higher standard.
