When Mary at the front desk saw that my husband was using a walker and had trouble walking to our room which was at far end of the hotel, she made arrangements to move us to a handicapped room which was closer to the entry. Although the handicapped room was not available for the first night of our stay, she arranged for the maid to transfer our luggage to the new room since we were gone most of the day attending a family funeral. The hotel maids were also very helpful and friendly. The rooms are updated and very clean and the hotel lobby was very cutely decorated with fall decor.
