This hotel was falling apart. The bathroom door didn't shut and didn't have hot water the first day. The TV didn't work. The manager was very nice and fixed the TV and said the hot water heater for that floor got changed. The hotel crew and the manager are doing the best they can but it is just a run down old hotel that a lot of homeless are living on and making a lot of noise. The manager was very nice and was working hard all the time.

There were large spots of dirt and debris around the bathroom, hair in the bathtub. Toilet was not strong enough to flush waste. The toilet paper holder was broken, so the toilet paper roll was placed on the back of the toilet. There were large burns or defects in the side tables and a very strong fragrance in the room. The fast charger ports on the lamps also didn't work.

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and I'm not sure what brand the pillows are, but they are the perfect pillow! Has a nice pool.
