When we booked the room we were told we would be on the ground floor. When we got there, no ground floor rooms open. Very uncomfortable beds! Felt like the mattresses were 30 years old. No pets on door front. Was told all Wyndham motels were pet friendly. Suppose to have been a handicap room. No grab bars in bathroom. The toilet was low, had trouble getting off of it.
