20 minutes late getting into my room. Room was cold when I went in because they had the register blowing on cold, hi. The sliding glass door was beat up, didn't lock ( even though I was on the second floor, it would have been nice to have that extra security.) Also, at the bottom of the sliding glass door was an opening at the bottom because it was bent which made it cold in the room. Couldn't tell the housekeeping staff at times from the guests because they were dressed in regular clothes, not uniforms. Housekeeping staff came to me three times and tried o tell me I was only booked from fri to Saturday, when in fact I was booked from nov 1st thru the 3rd. I had to show them the emails I recieved from the person who took my reservation so they would leave me alone. Then when I returned from my event at 11:30 at night, my key card wouldn't work. I had to go out the double doors to the outside, walk around the building cross the courtyard and go into the lobby to tell the guy my key wouldn't work. “Oh they must have forgot to re activate your card”. ?? SERIUOSLY??? NEVER BOOKING A RESERVATION WITH ANY WYNHAM HOTEL EVER AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
