The room was very clean and comfortably warm when I arrived. Pillows were great and bed was super comfortable. The handicap accessibility was top notch including in the bathroom and shower. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. The"grass" for the pet relief area was a welcomed surprise.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I asked for a bottom floor room and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Hawthorn. Even with a line of people wanting to check in, she was polite and friendly to every one of us. Thank you for a great experience.
