In an effort to establish and maintain consistent cleaning protocol in our hotel, we are now allowing rooms to sit at least 24 hours after a guest has checked out before it is cleaned. This provides for a minimum of 24 hours between occupations. This is important as the virus does not show the ability to live on any of our soft surface items including wallpaper beyond 4 hours.1.Marriott Brand properties will be implementing Care Giver cleaning kits to promote a clean and safe environment.2.Exposure Control Plan is up to date, proper quantities of the required and optional supplies and disinfectants are on hand and all associates are properly trained.3.Non-Essential items are removed from the rooms.4.We have a sanitation process we must follow at registration. 5.We are no longer providing a hot breakfast buffet as it reduces touch points and breakfast to go bags are being offered with individually wrapped items.6.All public areas and high touch points are sanitized.
