Cat urine odor greets you at the entranceway and was prevalent around the outside of the building /parking lot. Side entrance door key inoperable ~ card wasn't necessary. Blow dryers broken broken ~ housekeeping didn't understand English. Mold on bathroom ceiling and in light fixture. Toilet seats loose/broken. Thought I was booking directly with hotel and later found out it was thru Reservations service and paid $154.88 in advance when my hotel bill was $86! Total RIP OFF! Do NOT use this service! Their cancellation policy was a one day penalty fee! In other words there is NO cancellation policy! Huge lesson learned!!
