• Located on the banks of the Ardèche river with views over the foothills and, famous for its kayaking experience through the breathtaking scenery of the gorge.
• The Rouret village extends over an 80-hectare estate with a 650 m² water park with a wild river and heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, open April to September, and an outdoor swimming pool open in July and August. It is built around a central square with a bell tower, giving it a Provençal feel.
There is a bowling alley, nightclub, bar and a cinema in the chateau area.
• Onsite activities include an equestrian centre with lessons available in both English and German as well as French, tennis, mini-golf, mini farm, fitness, archery, playground, petanque, table tennis and beach volleyball. Activities available nearby include Adrenaline Adventure Park, white-water rafting, canoeing/kayaking, buggy rides, quad biking, and climbing.
• Children's Clubs for children aged between 3 months and 17 years include the Baby, Mini, Kids, Junior and SpOt packs for teens, which are available on peak holiday dates.
• The three car-free areas are connected by flower-filled streets:
- The La Colline area: Set around the water park and wild water rapids. The houses and apartments in colourful pastel shades.
- The Le Vallon is further away from the village centre and offers air-conditioned apartments in an avant-garde building inspired by the architecture of Le Corbusier.
- The Château area is built around a 19th century mansion. It has a bowling alley, nightclub, bar and a cinema.
