I had a one night stay and that evenaing there were tornado's touching down and inclimate weather the following day. I needed an extension to wait off the weather for four five hours and I was told I have to book an entire night.

Upon entry, I was quite impressed with this hotel. My check in was quick and effortless and the layout of the room was beautiful. I had the double queen studio. What quickly turned me off was the pool that was to be set at 80 degrees, but felt more like 70 and the $250 charge for my child spilling his food on the carpet and making a stain. I paid more in incidentals than for the actual room and my plan to relax my sore body from all of the Christmas hustle and bustle was just that.. a bust.Im not even going to mention the customer service. They'll never get my business again.

Property Description

We are a brand new hotel set to open in the FALL of 2008! A SpringHill Suites by Marriott. We are an all Suites GEN4 property with all the latest bells and whistles. We are located at the heart of the Turfway Park Race Track and Turfway shopping/entertainment area; there are restaruants to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters and shopping that will satisfy any craving. We have 101 suites (54 King and 47 Queen/Queen)all of which contain a full size sofa sleeper. Our amenities also include the following: Fridge & Microwave in all suites, complimentary airport shuttle, complimentary continental breakfast, complimentary high speed internet (wired & wireless), 24hr fitness room, 24hr business center, indoor pool and whirlpool and complimentary parking for the evening(s) of your stay.

Green Sustainability

Yes we do offer the Green program. As a stay only. Bed Linens, Our practice is to refresh bed linens every third day, but of your stay, but we will change them as often as you wish. Towels, Our practice is to change towels every day, but we also support our guests'''' desire to reduce water, energy and use of cleaning products. Smoke free, We are committed to a smoke-free policy.
