I thought the rooms were very nice and the bathroom, closet and furniture were all excellent. I especially loved the layout of the hotel, the main admissions room and the area for our convention were well done and fit the landscape of the location and scenery very well. One could walk the whole way from room to hotel to conference rooms without getting wet from rain. The food for our meals were very tasty and were presented very well.

The staff was great and helpful! Very difficult to buy a cup of coffee on premises. The coffee was closed during the day. Adjoining restaurant didn't seem to know how to make a cup of coffee, finally did and to their credit didn't charge me for it since I had tried so hard to simply buy a cup of coffee. The TV situation was really inexcusable for a high priced hotel. No signal for TV watching. Wait about 15 minutes and it came on. No TV the last day there. A customer should be able to turn it on and have TV, no excuse otherwise, we were shocked at the lack of concern for us the customer. The live music at the poolside bar was at an excruciating high level and it was right below our room, we couldn't carry on a conversation in our room at 10:00 pm, much less get a nights sleep after a day of travel. And we thought it much to have to pay $13 per day to park in an unpaved parking lot 1/4 mile walk from our room. We're in our 70's and would have expected more for such a high nightly price. But, like I said your folks were very nice and very eager to help as we tried to overcome the hurdles of staying at this Hilton property.

The staff were AMAZING! Especially Hannah and Jenna at the front desk, but everyone was so helpful and friendly. The grounds were beautiful. Loved how the beach wasn't crowded even in July. I'm not a big alcohol drinker but I'm in LOVE with the banana daiquiris they had a stand at the end of the walkway before you step on the beach. The Cuban sandwich at the Dragonfly snack shop is one of the best I've ever tasted.
