I booked a room through the Knot for a wedding. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no room available! How that happened? I have no idea. The hotel moved us to another hotel and was told they would contact Expedia to give me a full refund. That was back in August. It is now October and I have not received a refund. Although I did not book the room through the hotel, but through the not for a wedding, which use this hotel as one of the options to stay. Apparently they're not go through a couple companies. My credit card statement showed the name of this hotel is the business that charged my account at time of booking. After several months, dealing with the hotel, assistant DM, Kevin G., who was extremely helpful, yet felt that it was not their problem after many times, trying to get this refund from this other company. It is unacceptable that the MARRIOTT would over book the rooms which caused this issue in the first place. At the very least, the Marriott should cut the check for the refund. It is not the customers fault that blocks of rooms are sold to other companies without the customer knowing, believing that they're booking actually with the hotel. This is very deceiving and poor Customer Service. At the very least the Marriott should take some responsibility and make sure the customer gets refunded as told. The customer should not have to work hard to get a refund that the hotel staff promised. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Modern Luxury! This hotel was wonderful. Gorgeous room, extremely comfortable beds and temperature control. Great lighting. Front desk was very helpful. Only downside was no breakfast. Make sure to plan on walking to a local place with at least a 30 minute wait.

The staff at this hotel was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were new and clean. I liked the modern look of the hotel and its location downtown. My only issue is that the daily $75 pet fee is a little high and shouldn't need to be paid daily. That would discourage me from visiting the property again.

Only stayed for one night while attending a wedding. They were super accommodating about letting us into our room early so we could get ready for the wedding and make it on time. We were even upgraded since they didnt have the exact room I paid for ready when we checked in two hours before check in time. Would definitely recommend.

Did not receive the room I reserved and was told they filled it. What is the point of reserving a room if you can going to fill it with another occupant.
