The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and would definitely stay at another TRU hotel. Breakfast was great!

We had a confirmed reservation already paid on my credit card. but they had sold all rooms. We left without any refund which they refused to render, I am definitely cancelling the charge on my credit card. This is totally illegal, to book a confirmed prepaid reservation and they did not have any room for us whatsoever upon our arrival. I am talking with an attorney regarding this matter, They did not notify me about this and we arrived around 9PM after an eight hour drive. Also, the desk clerk was extremely rude. I own par of a Hampton Inn in another area, but have never experienced this kind of service. At least they should have given me my credit card credit immediately. Bad business.

Our experience here at Tru was good. We stayed for five nights and the only complaint I have is the walls are super thin and we had two different noisy neighbors in the next room. Over all the hotel was fabulous though.

All though the property seems to be fairly new, it does lack some amenities usually found. It is obvious the design is much cheaper in that there is no dresser, closet, or even a full size table. rather a compact design.
