Attrition Policy:
Hotel will extend a twenty percent (20%) allowance towards the total expected guest room revenue commitment. Should Group revenues fall below this amount; the Group will be responsible for the difference.
Food & Beverage Minimum
The group, will consume a minimum of $XXXX.00 in food and host bar purchases, exclusive of tax and gratuity, during the event outlined in this contract. In the event this food and host bar minimum is not met, the group agrees to have the revenue difference between the actual amount consumed and the minimum requirement billed to its master account.
