My family and I stayed two nights at the Candlewood Suites in Brighton and we'd definitely stay again. The rooms were very clean. The hotel had a pleasant smell to it when you walk in. The staff were all very friendly. We really liked the outdoor patio area with grills. Due to Covid we are not eating out much so it was great to be able to cook outdoors. When we checked in we were asked what floor we wanted to be on. Then we're told guests with pets were mainly on the first floor so we picked the second, my husband had an allergy to dogs and cats. As soon as we got to the second floor we saw three magnets on the doors that says “a pet is readying in this room”. Thankfully my husband did not have any allergy issues but it would be nice if one floor was pet free for allergy sufferers.
