Clean and quiet. Several things need attention such as there was no bulb in the desk lamp, a coaster was missing from table, the sink stopper didn't work, no working USB connections.

In my personal research, I have learned that there are many people, such as myself has a sleeping disorder and are unable to sleep in a bed. It would be very helpful if there were recliners that could accommodate their sleep disorder.
