THE ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR IS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC FOR ENTERTAINING AND MEETING PURPOSES. THREE ADDITIONAL PUBLIC ROOMS ARE IN THE BASEMENT -THIS IS NOT YOUR ORDINARY BASEMENT-.
