Had some initial glitches but the desk addressed them and all was well after that. Beautiful hotel w wonderful amenities. Beware of rooms on the first few floors; our first room assignment on the 3rd floor absorbed the popcorn odor of the movie theater on first floor. We asked and were granted a different room.

Several of your employees deserve kudos for their attitude, friendliness and attentiveness during our brief stay. Veronica at the front desk, Tia at the pool side café and Ms. "B" who seemed to be everywhere all went above and beyond what my wife and I typically experience in even the finest hotels we stay at. A grand hotel that is constantly being updated and improved. It is located in the Central West End, a St. Louis neighborhood with lots of great eateries, bars and shops. It is easy to access I 44/US 40 highway and Forest Park Parkway from this hotel in order to reach other parts of St. Louis. Everything you need is located within the confines of this hotel: restaurants, bars, live music, outdoor pool, athletic workout facility, move theaters, beauty salon and so much more. Staying at the chase is a truly grand experience.

We stayed on the 9th floor with the concierge lounge rate. Cynthia was amazing and made our family feel so at home. Our room was a two bedroom / two bath and really spacious. Beautiful gingerbread display inside and Santa came!
