Many heartfelt thanks to the counter staff and maintenance man, who kindly cared for our changing needs involving three different rooms (long story). We appreciated that we could leave our bags behind the counter when we arrived so that we could drive the route to the hospital, as preparation for our early morning appointment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
