After a no-contact arrival experience, guests will take their sanitized keys to a room that has not been entered since our team had cleaned and disinfected it for their stay. From there, the guest chooses the level of contact throughout the stay. Whether it is a complete room cleaning, light touch-up or a replacement of amenities, we will not enter that room again unless requested. Food is carefully prepared at our onsite Bistro or you can choose to have meals delivered to the room or in a safe space provided at the hotel.
