I already wrote the reviews about these two employees to management. Here is what I wrote here in quotes: "Dear citizenM Management, I recently stayed at the citizenM Boston North Station hotel at 70 Causeway Street and unfortunately had to leave early tonight (08/24/2026). I originally booked my stay from Sunday evening (08/23/2026) through Tuesday (8/25/2026), but unfortunately had to leave early due to circumstances completely unrelated to the hotel or its customer service. I actually felt quite sad about leaving early because I was treated exceptionally well by two members of your staff. One was a young man with black hair and a tanned complexion, whose name I unfortunately forgot and the other was a woman named Sophia. Both were exceptionally kind, welcoming and friendly when I arrived Sunday evening, sometime between approximately 8:00 and 8:40 PM. I was staying in room 1003 on the 10th floor and I mentioned to them that I work two jobs. They were both so genuinely pleasant that their hospitality really stood out to me. I am still impressed as well as shocked by how well I was treated during my stay. I regret that I cannot remember the young man's name who worked alongside Sophia, which is why I am providing my reservation information in case you are able to identify him. My confirmation number is H19841286 and my name is William Clark. Both would recognize who I was simply by the fact I told them I work two jobs. Perhaps the exact time I checked in would help identify the young man alongside Sophia. My primary reason for contacting you, of course, is to make sure that both Sophia and the young man receive recognition for the excellent customer service they provided. I had a wonderful stay at Citizen M while in town for a concert at the TD Garden. The staff was a delight and they made you feel like you were at home. The atmosphere is urban chic and the view from the restaurant bar is fantastic. Not to mention the proximity to the Garden. You are steps away from entering and exiting the building to the comfort of your room.
