The staff could not have been more helpful, professional and efficient. From the valet to the front desk to the restaurants to the bellman, all were very competent and courteous. The system by which one enters the elevators and rooms is efficient and innovative. It is ideally located in the heart of Asheville. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
