As a current individual that has been working hospitality for the last 10 years. I've always been a stickler about what hotels I stay at but there are the times where I get that wild hair and pick something different to get the experience that I'm currently used to. I will admit, I was kinda skeptical at staying at your hotel at first but I instantly got over that when I got a very warm welcome from your front desk agent Leanne. She answered every question I had, made my mother and I feel right at home. Everytime we came down stairs we were always greeted with a smile and a hello. I too am a front desk agent myself and I find that greeting your guests a million times a day is a great quality, in which Leanne did everything. She was exceptional. My mother and I were literally just in Awe on how beautiful the room was and how clean it was. Literally a hands down to your housekeeping team. As a former housekeeper myself hats off to you and a job well done! Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! Your Breakfast lady ( I didn't catch her name) very pleasant, dining room excellent food and a great experience with a very warm welcome. I usually will find something that will turn me away from staying at the hotel of choosing but this time overall a five star! A round of applause to all your staff for making your hotel feel like home away from home. We will definitely be back to stay.
