I was happy with the cleanliness of the room and the continental breakfast; however, when I checked in, I was given the key for Room 212 and when I went inside, there was luggage in the room but no people (thank God) so I closed the door and went right back down to the front desk and they gave me another room on the first floor. All the staff was very polite and friendly.
