We are pet friendly and allow up to two dogs in a rented room. The size limit for any one dog shall be 80 pounds. Other pet types (e.g. cats) may be allowed upon the hotels approval prior to arrival. The pet friendly rate is 20 CAD per day with a 150 CAD per week maximum. A refundable cleaning and damage deposit of 100 CAD is required upon check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the deposit can become non-refundable and the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair or cleaning.

Cleaning Policies

All guest rooms are rested 48 hours between the room being rented again. Rested meaning, once cleaned, the guestroom door is sealed with a door sticker that indicated the room has been sanitized. In all guestrooms all decorative pillows, bed scarfs, sofa bed linen and pillows have been removed to ensure that these items, when needed are sanitized and rested.As per brand standards, the guestroom is not to be cleaned throughout the guest’s stay unless there is a specific request by the guest for special cleaning.All hotel room attendants wear protective gloves and masks while in the guestrooms. All touch points by hand including light switches, phones, desktops, clock radios, makeup mirrors, and drapery pulls are exposed to UV lights to ensure any viruses on the exposed surfaces are killed. Upon checkout, the room is treated by an electrostatic sprayer that coats all surfaces including walls, furniture, and touch points. This sprayer releases a spray that clings to all surfaces and kills viruses.
