Crickets in the room keep you up all night. Needs pest control this happened last year also. No room service. You have to ask for supplies at the front desk family restaurant. Main restaurant is understaffed they close too early at 8 o'clock. There were people waiting in line. They had to turn people away, same as last year.

Crickets in our room cannot sleep during the night four nights straight happened last year. Also restaurant is not staffed. Properly closes at 8 o'clock. Waited a half hour just to be seated. No room service. You have to request supplies at front desk. Staff is very nice, but they are understaffed and probably overworked.

We have been coming here for 20 years and the rooms restaurants and employees are outstanding. Thank you for the fresh smelling room wow! As soon as we walked in, very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
