"Terrible Rooms"

Unfortunately I will have to state that the hotel was very bad the first room we were in had the mattress protector masking taped closed were it was ripped open then we got moved to another room and discovered there was a blood spot on are sheets I had the manager check it and they called the maids to have them replaced after being gone for 7 hours to return to nothing had been done and all they could say was we can get you the sheets s and me as a guest can re make the bed my self absolutely unexceptionable.

We stayed here one night to rest. Staff was very nice, the bed was so soft and it was quiet. We rested well and used our coffee vouchers. I was a bit concerned for noise level because it had a casino but it did not affect us at all. We saw the pool and gym but did not use them. Great location to rest prior to arrival at Grand Canyon.

We've stayed previously when traveling through and enjoyed our stay. We were most disappointed that the restaurant closed. The staff was unfriendly and the bar tender pulled the 30 minute in between drinks rule after only one drink. We won't stay there again. Sad, because an iconic hotel that they let fall apart.
