Property description

Opened in 1998 the Arthur Phillip Motor Inn is a quiet family run motel under new ownership since December 2018. There are 12 spacious ground floor rooms set on 1 1/2 acres. We have 4 Spa Rooms (1 Queen bed & a Corner Spa Bath - sleeps 2) - 5 Twin Rooms (1 Queen bed & 1 Single bed - sleeps 3) - 3 Family Rooms (1 Queen bed in main room & Separate bedroom with 3 Single beds - sleeps 5). We can cater for a maximum of 38 guests. Our motel provides travellers with accomodation within easy walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, the RSL and Cowes foreshore beach. Huge lawn area with picnic tables, park benches and garden beds. Most popular tourist attraction is the Penguin Parade (10 minutes away by car) and the Grand Prix Circuit (6 minutes away be car).
