My stay was to celebrate my birthday. I had a great time and staff were very accommodating. We went to Universal Studios for part of our stay and the shuttle service was great! They were timely and alleviated having to use a car. The only thing that was an issue was the TV not working in one of our rooms. They sent someone immediately and issued a voucher for the inconvenience.
