When booking hotel we requested downstairs. They had us booked upstairs had to wait to get that changed. No WiFi and when they eventually got it up, it was not secure. Would not use with no security. Room was not cleaned on Wednesday. He went and ask person cleaning and she told him that she had already moved past our room. We were out, no reason to pass us up. My husband had to gather towels and take to the room cleaning staff to get some clean towels. Will not stay here again. It was convenient.
