Professional staff and manager was courteous and friendly. Jill and her manager we very helpful in meeting our needs for a handicapped accessible room, although it wasn't designated as such they went out of their way to allow access to the bathtub for my wife. Rooms were clean and quiet, accessible with walkers. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to or through Neenah.
