Stayed here for two days attending a wedding. I was greeted kindly by the desk attendant who was interested in my stay and comfort. The lobby atmosphere was inviting and the snack offerings were amazing! Even had wine which I've not seen before at this level hotel. I was please to see the options. The room was comfortable except I'm not a personal fan of the tile floors. The hallways and other areas were carpeted. The bathroom was clean, linens were mid grade plush, linens were nice and bed was comfortable. There were ample pillows, even a king size one for those that need one. There is enough in the area to do and restaurant within walking distance. I would return as my first choice. $8 uber to downtown Winchester.

Everything was fantastic. Incredibly clean and neat. Our only complaint is the soap and how you have to squeeze it out. I understand the concept but it was very difficult to get out. My 87 year old father in law needed our help to wash his hands. Maybe a soap bar as an alternative?.
