We received a complimentary room upgrade, that included a gorgeous soaking tub. The room was clean and spacious. Our service was excellent and the hotel was in a perfect spot for walking and exploring the town. Will defiantly stay here again.

Everything about our stay start to finish was excellent. The front desk was able to accommodate an early check in which helped make our day much nicer. Our overnight was unexpected so we had groceries in our car that were too large for the room refrigerator, a staff person offered the employee refrigerator for storage and tagged our bag! The room was perfect. We had a nice view and pleasant daylight. Being able to get everywhere on foot was wonderful.

The Windrow is a great spot and the only option in downtown. It's ideal for it's proximity CWU and is clean and comfortable. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Only downsides are the HVAC is loud, like really loud which isn't great if you're a light sleeper and though there's a bar / cafe in the lobby it's rarely staffed even during its posted open hours. Otherwise, highly recommend.
