"Best franchise hotel in all aspects"

Only place we stay (myself and two Amish couples) when Visiting Shipshewana Indiana for two days of shopping. Easy access for anyone traveling Rt 90. Awsome Manager JAMIE checked us in and was fast and easy. She's a pro at her job. I've personally been using "HIE and S's" for yrs now since first staying at one. Rooms are very well appointed, clean, hot high pressure water fast. Pool also. Great free breakfast with plenty of options for a complete meal or snacks and to go also. Check out the one min. pancakes maker!

"Noises, just does not feel as clean."

We don't like being so close to the toll road that you can hear the semi's at night. The ice machine on our floor was broke and the one that I used, hesitantly, looked pretty gross. Kinda disappointing. When I checked in and they pulled my name up it did not show me as a IHG member, I had to give them all of my info again. Again,disappointing. Just did not feel like the same hotel and we have stayed at this hotel several times. The bed was uncomfortable woke up with a sore lower back/hips. FYI, I am not a fluffy person, I am petite. Not sure I would stay here again.
