We stayed at LA Quinta in Gainesville FL to attend a basketball game at the U of F. We were trying to access our "E" tickets for the game,for over an hour but to no avail. We went to the Front Desk for aid.The associate, "Mona" began to access the website and she was able to secure our "E tickets" to the game with just ONE hour before game time. Mona went beyond her duties at the Front desk to help us get to the game. Your property is very fortunate to have this outstanding associate as part of your team. Thanks again, Mona for your tremendous help ?!!

After 12 hours at the hospital, it was so good to get a shower with all the variables of body washes. The room was quite and cool, with the outside temperature in the 90+ range. Wish l had brought a bathing suit, the pool looked so inviting. Another amenity was the room service with a variety of dishes to choose from. The most amazing part of the stay was the breakfast bar. So many choices to choose from. Eggs, cereal, waffles, bacon, sausage, muffins,fresh fruit and a selection of coffee or tea with you choice of flavoring. With the comfortable bed, big screen TV and helpful staff, l recommend La Quinta any time you are away from home.
