Cleaning Policy: All guest rooms are sanitized throughly and have a 72 hour wait time before rental to a new guest from previous guest. All in-house guest will have a wellness check by the housekeeping manager (please call the front desk during your stay to receive room amenities/extra terry/linen) Unless requested, and service is requested, we will have our in-house guest change to a new room to protect our team-members and Hotel guests. All public areas including public bathrooms have protocols for washing hands and hand sanitizers to prevent any germs/viruses to spread. Please follow hotel protocols for health and safety.All High touch points are cleaned and disinfected every 4 hours, if not at the point of contact by a hotel team members and sanitized signs are placed.

The bathroom tub had hair in it and definitely had not been cleaned, floor smudged and not clean for sure. Also no bath/shower towels just hand towels; no shampoo or conditioner. No packaged clean soap just a soap there that had been opened and had a little soap scum under it because it actually had been used. The rest of the room was alright. The outside/top of the bedspreads were quite damp not sure why though? I'm was wet ish, very gross. The hotel staff kindly switched us to another room and that was good. And there DEFINITELY should have a complimentary continental breakfast for guests!!!!!! PS: and the hot tub was drained empty with dirt/residue on bottom of it not ??.
