I was introduced to this hotel in January due to being in town for business. This is the 3rd time staying here. Each experience consists of smiling faces that greet you when checking in, sincere and professional engagement from every member of the staff, immaculate rooms and more smiling faces when you check out. Home two Suites checks all the boxes as it pertains to customer service! I certainly hope that each one of your associates are made to feel welcomed, valued and engaged because that is how I feel each time that I've been there! Thank you!

I was very pleased with the overall experience at the Home2Suites in Charleston. It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Registration was simple and the staff was able to help with any question asked. Breakfast was delicious and the service crew keep the customers happy with class. Vinesha took special care in helping my mother with her breakfast. Every aspect of my visit was excellent!

We're minutes from the Citadel Mall and West Ashley's dining spots, while downtown Charleston is a short drive down the I-17. Those looking to relax can do so at Folly Beach and Kiawah Island, less than an hour away. Enjoy breakfast on us ahead of a day's strolling. Pets always welcome, WiFi always free.
