The room was nice and the beds comfortable. The air conditioner did not to seem to cool the room efficiently and it was very noisy. It was good that both my daughter and I were sound sleepers. The lady at the desk when I checked in, Sat. night, was very helpful in giving us a room close to the elevator as I have severe asthma and have trouble walking. I really appreciated her help.

The rooms were clean, but we weren't able to get WiFi because it asked for an access code, which we couldn't find and no one answered the phone after calling the desk four times, so we gave up. We had our 8 lb. dog with us and found the pet walking area a bit too secluded and not mowed and since it was raining a bit muddy. We had to walk all the way around the outside of the building to get there because we couldn't get out of the door by the grassy area, though with our room key we could get back in. Fortunately we had a rag with us to dry her and clean her paws before going back to our room. I would say our experience was okay and we were satisfied with the room, but nothing would stand out to make it special.

I wondered how I would sleep with all the animals around. And then I am given a room by reception and across from the breakfast room. I didn't hear anything ever. I slept soundly without any noise from outside my room. The room was very clean. I just had minor trouble with the "key". The light just didn't want to turn green.
