Ulusaba consists of two lodges which operate independently - Safari Lodge is built down by a dry river bed in the heart of the bush and amongst the trees and Rock Lodge is built on a Koppie or small hill and has amazing views over the bush. Only guests aged 12 and over can stay at Safari lodge. Only guests aged 6 and over can take part in game drives. Rock Lodge has the best view in the Sabi Sand. Perched high on the summit of a koppie with panoramic views over miles of bush. Within Rock Lodge is Cliff Lodge a two bedroom suite perfect for some added privacy. Both Rock and Cliff Lodge are ideal for families with children of all ages who are welcome to join our Cubs Club. Safari Lodge is built along the banks of the dry Mabrak riverbed. Guests will love the sense of adventure as they cross the swing bridges between exquisite tree house rooms created and inspired by local and natural materials with elephant-bushbuck-lion and other local wildlife passing by. Ulusaba means Place of Little Fear and strikes the perfect balance between nature and nurture - as well as being an excellent place to observe the Big Five it is also an ideal place to kick back and unwind. Ulusaba redefines the rules of a safari lodge and has taken a step away from the traditional colonial style by offering swimming pools-gymnasiums-a wine cellar-Aroma Boma spas with panoramic views-a Bush Observatory perfect for star gazing and tennis courts. All guests at Ulusaba can expect luxurious accommodation- outstanding food-twice daily game drives-safari walks-unforgettable views and plenty of smiles while you are here with us in the African bush.
