Michael's Inn is a great location on the river with five minute walk to Casino and Clifton Hill and a 15 minute walk to the Falls. Hotel has 130 rooms and suites some with balconies overlooking Niagara River,Gorge and partial view of the American Falls. The lobby is updated and modern – however still has some of the older furniture. The hotel is in the process of updating the rooms as well which will be done in off season. Off the lobby is a nice modern full service bar and restaurant that offers breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner (varies by season). Breakfast buffet only on weekends in off season. Continental breakfast and boxed breakfast for groups year round. The restaurant offers typical American food like burgers, sandwiches etc. The rooms are spacious with older furniture – but very clean with flat screen TV, coffee maker, new bedding and curtains. Some offer a Jacuzzi tub. The newly renovated bedrooms are modern and nicely decorated matching the décor in the lobby and restaurant. High Speed Internet is included in the room rate. An Ice machine is on each floor. An indoor pool with kiddie pool, Hot Tub and Sauna with natural light is another amenity. Business Center, vending machine and ATM are also available. The competitive rates and location make this hotel a great value for families and groups.
