I called YOUR!! phone number that was on the web ( Dubois, PA my name is Joe Duranko 814 2430088) it even had an 814 when I dialed. Apparently, it went to a 3rd company. Anyway, I booked through that number the premium room. When I got here, I get a standard. When I called that number, I specified I wanted the premium. I didn't get it. When I complained, I got so much run around, I just gave up. I even called your corporate for a complaint, again no resolution. YOU SUCK, you stole my money and you didn't give me what I specified for.

We stopped for the night during a long drive with three kids. Our room was clean and the hotel was fantastic. Way nicer than your basic stop along the highway. Pool has a slide and hot tub has a waterfall and there are lots of cool little amenities that typical large hotel groups don't bother with anymore. You can tell the management thinks about detail and the staff all seem really happy. I would totally plan an overnight around this stop again to break up a long drive through PA.

My stay here was very satisfactory. The staff at the front desk including Cynthia, Janet and the Assistant Manager were very friendly and always helping without any hesitation. We had an issue with our room and Cynthia was so helpful in moving us including my son to a more attractive room. The indoor pool, hot tub, library and fitness room are very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
