"Never Best Western Again!"

No one at the desk when I arrived, finally some one walking thru a hallway near lobby, leaned back when he realized I was standing there and he said, "How can I Help You"? then gave me some lame excuse he was monitoring cameras. Poor Service for someone who had reserved room. Best Western traditionally has been like this since mid 1980's !
