Property Description

Welcome to the newest motel in Hot Springs, SD. Opened in October 2007, we are pleased to be a part of the community of Hot Springs. We are a franchise property owned by Mobelle, LLC. We are located next to the beautiful Fall River with 87 degree water and ducks year round. We offer economy lodging in its finest form. Your choice of non-smoking or smoking rooms, free Wi-Fi throughout the property with some rooms hard wired for extra security if needed. Your "fur-babies" (some people call them pets) are welcome in any room at no charge. We have ample parking available with drive thru parking for trucks and/or trailers and buses. In side you will find a clean, comfortable room in which to spend your down time. We offer rooms with one or two queen beds. Also available are four ADA compliant rooms for our guests with special needs, one of which has a roll-in shower for your convienence. While resting up for your next day of travel you and the kids can relax in our indoor pool. If your are meeting family of friends and need a place to get together of the day or evening we have a small meeting room with table and chairs that is available for guests at no extra charge. In the morning when it's time to get going for your next exciting day; we have coffee in the lobby.
