"Outrageous neglect for customer service."

we spent two days me my wife and two grandkids. first when I checked in the representative never got up out of her seat to greet me and just pointed to the pad for me to sign and tossed the key cards up on the counter. obviously this must be a normal thing for them because when I checked out that rep did the same thing. I asked for a receipt and I was told because I booked through Expedia she could not get me a receipt, thats funny because I made the reservation through hotel on the phone. I have been in customer service front parts counter for 20 years the first thing I learned was you greet the customer with a smile and a friendly hello Neither one of these reps did any of the above.also when we went to the pool no towels went to the front desk asked for towels was told to use the ones from my room. I said what about when I shower. her answer "I am sorry but we do not have any clean". will never stay at this hotel again.
