Property Description

We're off US 75, surrounded by major retailers and a quick walk to restaurants. UT-Dallas and Richardson's telecom corridor are 10 minutes away. Shop and snack in a park setting at Watters Creek, or head seven miles north to the Allen Premium Outlets. If downtown Dallas calls, it's just 20 miles south. An outdoor pool is yours, and breakfast and WiFi are on us.
