So I've been coming to this hotel since you opened up because my son lives nearby. He has cats and I'm allergic so I stay here. I have enjoyed always seeing Michael but I knew that eventually one day he was going to move on. He was very good at his job! If you still have contact with him let him know that he was missed. But the shining star this time was Kara. Lee Road was closed from a major accident on my way in. I couldn't get another route on my GPS so I had to call the hotel here. Kara helped me three or four times on the telephone to find my way around to come in from Orlando Avenue. Thank you Kara! And she also made it possible for me to stay on the top floor which was my request. Please tell me that the next time I come she won't be gone ha ha ha. Take care of her Hilton!
