I'm a disabled veteran and before coming to Home2 Suites in Taylor, MI, I had spent more than a week as an inpatient at the Detroit VA Medical Center. Upon discharge, the transport driver, Elijah Ott, recommended this hotel to me based on his good experiences here. The staff members treated me and my dog with the upmost kindness, courtesy and genuine love. I want to bring special attention to Meli, who consistently had my breakfast bagged for me after I came back from taking my dog outside for our first morning walk. At the front desk, Hailey and Samantha were always super friendly and helpful. In housekeeping, whether they had charge of my room or not, Keon and Lisa always greeted me with a smile and good conversation. Tammy and Quan on the housekeeping staff were also polite and helpful. Kayla, the General Manager delivered packages to my second floor room as well as helped Tim and Darnell replace my room door lock when the battery died. The staff at Home2 Suites in Taylor, MI cared for me so well from the beginning of my stay until the end. I would be remiss if I ever return to Michigan without visiting my friends who work at Home2 Suites in Taylor. I really cannot say enough about the good people who work there. When I checked in I felt homeless but when I checked out, I felt as if I were moving away from home. All I can say is, Thank You!
