I paid in full for my room ahead of time, with them knowing I was under 21. I arrived and was told I was not allowed to stay and I still haven't gotten a refund. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The location of this hotel makes me frequent staying there. However, the hotel has a dated appearance in every room I have every stayed in. The state of the hotel rooms are 'used and abused' in appearance. For example, the room furniture is often broken, the HVAC unit had a broken cover, the bed sheet and bath towels were stained my most recent stay! The WiFi is very poor to the point I could not successfully complete even just reviewing my work email and documents were not able to be opened/downloaded etc. At check out my invoice had a $75.oo increase for the second night stay from the first night stay. Fortunately, I had a copy of my reservation which had the quoted price for two nights at the lower rate. The explanation from the hotel desk clerk was simply that the first night was a guaranteed rate, not the second night. So that felt like the hotel can charge whatever rate they wanted to after the first night stay? The clerk reviewed my reservation documentation and took the added $75.oo off my bill for the second night. Between the poor condition of the hotel rooms and now this last check out experience.. I was more than disappointed. It is unfortunate, as this hotel is conveniently located in town, but the facility rooms need a lot of updating and care to attention. Frankly, it feels as though facility management does not care about the condition of the rooms. I travel regularly for business and pleasure including internationally I have many hotels to compare to. Thank you for the opportunity to review.

Hotel was good but took over four hrs on ph to confirm my reservation and I was flying in for a funeral so it wad beyond stressful. I will not use hotel planner as a result as it messed up my whole trip. I did not know if I was confirmed till I flew there.

Hospitalitly complex includes 1 restaurant, bowling and entertainment center and historic candy house and gift shop featuring homemade chocolates. well located 4 miles from Boston, less than one mile to Interstate 93 and MBTA stop to access all of what Boston has to offer within minutes. Plenty of parking in a spacious parking lot.
