Wr have stayed at this hotel for the past five years. We enjoy it. Usually if we arrive to town early they let us check in early with no problem. When I made reservations they said that should be fine and they would put it in the comments. I called hotel a few weeks before to confirm reservation and asked again and they said it would be fine. I called when we got into town about 1pm and asked if they had a room available and she checked and said yes and we could come. We get there to check in and she tells me she forgot to tell me but there is a $20 early check in fee. I explained no one had mentioned that. It's only $20 but a little ridiculous. Kind of put a damper on the day.
