Thank goodness we were able to cancel our reservation. When we arrived we saw that it was in a rough area. We found out it was a drug hotel. Totally disgusting.

I took pictures of the room I stayed in and the ceiling was falling over the toilet, the door showed many abuses and the room my brother stayed in smelled of smoke from cigs. Bugs everywhere, just horrible.

Housekeeping did not clean the room in a consistent way. Our garbage didn't get emptied. Maintenance needed to fix the electrical outlets and the air conditioner for major squeaking.

The entry from the road is not very appealing. I understand renovation. Room did not have slip lock for added security. Quiet hotel. Ice machine broken.
